NOVEMBER After a summer break from showing Fitz took to the show circuit for the Tollcross household and in his first outing got a First in his Open Kitten Class, 2nd Best of Breed and 3 Firsts in his side classes at the Rex Cat Club GCCF show in Milton Keynes - he took it all in his stride and is looking forward to his TICA debut shortly AUGUST Dippy recieved his first IC (Intermediate Certificate) at the eastern Counties Cat Club Show and also the Best of Breed and a very creditable 2 Firsts and 1 Second in his side classes MAY/JUNE Dippy has been out showing at GCCF and TICA getting his fourth merit and second consecutive red card day at the Suffolk and Norfolk show in May and then following it up by becoming a TICA Double Grand Champion in June at the Coontica Show at Godmanchester. APRIL 2007 Dippy was out showing again at the Beds and District show - he gained his 3rd MERIT and had a RED CARD DAY too(getting 1sts in all his side classes) MARCH 2007 Dippy was out again this time in the adult class (just) he got his second MERIT and got a 1st , 2nd and a 3rd in large classes - this was great as he is only just into the adult section and had to compete against the big boys !!!!!! He also had his first professional pictures taken - not at all a poser !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FEB 2007 Dippy attended his first GCCF show - the Coventry and Leicester gaining his first MERIT and doing very well in his side classes Dippy attended his first TICA show and wowed the judges - he finalled in all five rings achieving a 5th , two 3rds a 2nd and best of all a 1st - he managed to purr continuosly all day despite being a bit unsure at first - well it was his first foray into the show world !!!!! MAY 2006 Woody attended the Suffolk and Norfolk show at Godmanchester on 20th May and received his first adult MERIT making it 3 in total now and getting a 1st a 2nd and a 3rd in large side classes APRIL 2006 Woody has again been at a TICA show at Milton Keynes 22/04/06 He was made up to Grand Champion acheieving a 10th, a 5th, a 3rd and a 1st showing himself off well all day
MARCH 2006 - no shows this month FEBRUARY 2006 Woody aka Curlu Brhett attended the Cattica show in Derby on 11th Feb and acheived best of color and division in all 5 rings and finalled in 3 out of 4 getting a 5th and 2, 8ths in large classes (we were so tired we did not wait for our 5th final but we both enjoyed the day) JANUARY 2006 Woody aka 'Curlu Brhett' attended the Southern Counties Cat Club Show in January 2006 --RED CARD DAY Woody achieved his second kitten MERIT and was placed first in all 3 side classes. He was also awarded BEST SELKIRK REX ASSESSMENT EXHIBIT. 2005 Blossom attended the Yorkshire County Cat Club Show in October 2005 Blossom was placed first in her OPEN class gaining her first CC and Best of Breed and also achieved a first and a third in her side classes. She behaved very well considering that she has not been shown since March and we are very proud of her!!!! Blossom attended the Southern British Shorthair Cat Club Show in March 2005 Blossom was placed second in her OPEN class and got a fourth in her side class. she behaved very well but was unsure about the rosettes !!!! Fizz and Arwen attended The National Cat Club Show , Olympia December 2004 Arwen was awarded her second MERIT assessment and a first in her side class Fizz gained a second in her OPEN class and a first in her side class both girls were very well behaved and took it all in their stride Arwen 's first show : Rex Cat Club , Milton Keynes Nov 2004 Arwen was awarded a MERIT in her assessment class and swept the board getting 3 firsts in her side classes. Ziggy's First Show : Wiltshire & District Cat Club. Swindon July 2004 She came FIRST in the Open Class Plus she won: Best Of Breed Best British Shorthair Kitten She behaved impeccably and took it all in her stride...She even got a kiss from the Judge!
Bucks, Oxon and Berks- 20th September 1st Open Class Hertfordshire & Middlesex - 6th September 1st Open Class and Best in Show Household Pet Molly is now an experienced show cat, a bit too laid back sometimes!
Molly visited the Cambridge Cat Club Show on the 29th March 2003 as a fun day out whilst her friend was having fun at the Stud. She won her Open class and also had First in all of her side classes and then to my delight she was BEST IN SHOW household pet -Kitten
